What does Shakespeare have to do with Hip Hop?
For this TED talk we will view in class and discuss, jot down notes. You will be asked to identify and illustrate 3 big "takeaways" from this presentation. Create a 3 panel sketch with the parts you found most significant and post to your blog.
Your Challenge
Create a unique hip hop beat (GarageBand has an entire HipHop category, and you can overlay your voice).
Then record yourself reciting one of Macbeth's soliloquies (found on this site) OR Lady Macbeth's dramatic "unsex me here" soliloquy (found in Act 1, Scene 5). Emphasize the iambic pentameter.
