Below are the expectations for the Final Exam:

Students should have the following:

A fully charged device with Internet access (they may use phones but a laptop or Chromebook is preferable)

A charger just in case (they should have enough power for an hour, though)

Full uniform as per school rules

Expectations for Students:

You may submit the exam only once but are allowed to edit your answers as you go.

You may use the Internet as a last resort resource but do not spend too much time searching because the test is long and most questions are not answerable with a basic web search.

You may access any previous work you have completed if it is on a Google doc, for example.

You must remain quiet throughout.

You may ask Mrs. Burvall or the proctor clarifying questions only.

You should either copy/paste your “Creative Component” poem in the space provided at the end of the exam form OR turn a printed copy in manually to the proctor at the beginning of the exam. It is 50 points so be sure you do not forget and that you have your name on it. You are also allowed to compose an impromptu poem according to the instructions in that same space.

When you hit “submit” you should screenshot the message that says: WOW! You did it! Your response has been recorded. Mrs. B will send you results shortly. Have a great holiday break. Show this screen shot to the proctor to confirm.

If finished, you may leave at 9:00am (quietly)

During the exam students are prohibited from:

Eating

Talking to others

Texting / IMing other students

Using sound on their device

Wearing headphones
